Data Analyst:  Seeking candidate with the following responsibilities and a Master’s Degree in Data/Business Analytics or Data Science. 2+ years of experience required. 100% Remote.  

• Gather, refine, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support corporate and foundation decision-making and process improvements.

• Partner with internal business teams, nonprofit stakeholders, and foundation staff to design and customize reports and dashboards using Power BI and Metabase.

• Write and optimize complex queries across diverse databases, including SQL Server and cloud-based data sources.

• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams, leadership, and foundations program tracking.

• Analyze GivingData and foundations data (grants, programs, outcomes) and integrate it into dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Design and maintain no-code Softr web applications and websites. Build and manage Softr databases, including tables, relationships, and data mappings, with integrations to Salesforce and GivingData.

• Perform Salesforce Admin and GivingData functions including report and dashboard creation, data management, user access, and basic automation to support fundraising and grants operations.

• Certifications in BI tools or Salesforce CRM and experience with non-profit organisations is a plus.
